Private training sessions are highly personalized sessions that are tailored to the player’s needs on the court. Our coaches focus on connecting with the player to build confidence in their game while also improving their overall skillset. Private sessions are great for players who want to improve their individual skills in a concentrated setting and have a continuing relationship with a coach who will support them even after training. Our training sessions are based on the fundamentals of the game. We push players to absorb the fundamentals while building on more advanced skill sets and movements.

A typical training session includes warmup/stretching, ball handling, extended ball handling/attack basket, off ball movement/shooting, team concepts (i.e. cutting, pass and relocation)
